Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCYRIL (BIMBO) CHARTRAND July 30, 1953 - November 27, 2016 With heavy hearts, we announce the sudden passing of our beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle and especially the best papa any grandchild could have. Leaving to mourn his passing are his wife Emily, daughter Judy, son Chris (Connie); grandchildren Bryce, Kaylee, Leland, and Leighton; mother Lorraine.; also siblings Yvonne (Paul), David, Joann (Henry), Josephine (Marcel), Verna (Paul), Gary (Jennifer), and Gail (Tony); his in-laws Henry (Pierrette), Robert (Judy), Annette (Barry), Gilles (Glenda), Lawrence (Patti), Yvonne (Rob), and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Predeceased by son Cyril Jr., father Joseph, brother Edwin, mother-in-law Ramona, father-in-law Emile, and brothers-in-law Denis and Gilbert. Dad was passionate about sports, especially baseball, hockey and golf. He loved coaching and always took the time to pass on his skills. He was his grandchildren's biggest fan. Viewing and Prayers will be held on Friday, December 2, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at MacKenzie Funeral Chapel, Stonewall. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2016 at St. Laurent Roman Catholic Church at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Cyril's memory to Cystic Fibrosis Canada, 2323 Yonge St., Suite 800, Toronto, Ontario, M4P 2C9, or to a charity of your choice. I feel such a great loss to lose such a friend/cousin/buddy that I grew up with having so much fun living across street. I can still hear Bunny yelling Bimbo Dave Toto!!!!!! over and over lol. You always believe they will be with you forever. Well he will always be with us flashing his big grin , eyebrow up, chuckling, teasing and joking around.
