ALEX KALYNCHUK Suddenly on Saturday, December 3, 2016, we lost a very special Dad, Grandpa, Brother and Friend. He was predeceased by his mother Mary, father Alex, brothers Stan (Marie), Walter, George, Eddie, and Greg, sister Jean, and son Fred. He is survived by his daughter Lindy (Calum), granddaughters Stephanie (Wellesley) and Tenisha, grandson Quinten, special friend Fran Thompson, sisters Vickie and Liz, brother Victor, and many nieces and nephews. Dad sometimes went by the name and was known as "Smart Alec". His love for hockey made him an exceptional coach. He coached for over 20 years. Dad worked for Hydro, Forestry and he farmed. He also served as councillor for the R.M. of Alexander. A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 11 at Pine Falls Legion.
