ALICE BLANCHE SAVARD-THOMPSON It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our courageous wife and mother, Alice Savard-Thompson at her daughter's home, with her family at her side. She will be remembered by her husband Tom; her sons Marcel (Jean), Larry (Helen), and Michael (Sherry), her daughters Lynn (Lawrence), Loraine (Bob), Therese (Howard) and Lissa, and sister Ida McCrimmon. She will be missed by her 23 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren; stepchildren Chris (Jill) A-Lynn (Michael) and Ashley (Rozlan). She was predeceased by her mother and father Marie and Joseph Leclair, first husband Norman Savard, sister Lynn, and son-in-law Robert Currie. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba. The service will be Wednesday, December 21, 2016, 1:00 p.m. at the Notre-Dame-de-la-Misericorde, 453 Main Street in Ile des Chenes, Manitoba.
