Carmen was predeceased by her husband Fernando Vallejo Sr., and her son Graciano Vallejo. She is survived by her children and grandchildren. Lamay will take place on Thursday and Friday, December 22 and 23, 2016, from 6:00 p.m. to midnight, at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street, West St. Paul, MB. Funeral mass will be held on Saturday, December 24, 2016, at 10:00 a.m., at St. Peter's Church. Interment will take place in the Philippines.
