Condolences & Memories (4 entries)

  • We are so sorry to hear of Auntie Helen's passing she was the nicest, kindest, soft spoken lady you will every know. Also made great homemade dinner rolls. Doug and I would often drive out to Selkirk to visit her and Jake when we were out together and after we were married. Always had a great visit. We would also get to see them when we were in Winnipeg for a visit. She made such great quilts. I am sure she will be missed by all her children and grandchildren. We are thinking of all of you. • We have many, MANY, happy memories of Jac. and Helen from our Selkirk, Manitoba days. What wonderful, caring, and very dear, friends they were. We are so sorry to hear of Helen's passing. She has gone on to sit, with Jac., at the feet of Jesus. We pray that the Lord will draw especially near to the family at this time in their sorrow. "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
