BERNICE MARY PASSALIS February 8, 1921 - December 12, 2016 Mom passed away peacefully on December 12 at Riverview Health Centre. She was predeceased by her husband Dr. James Passalis. Bernice is survived by her daughter Diane Bieber and son-in-law Andy Bieber. She is also survived by her brother Brian Davies (Anne); her cousin Sheila McDonald (Don) and many nieces and nephews. Bernice was predeceased by her parents William and Agnes Davies; her brother William Davies (Phyllis), her sister Evelyn Cameron (Bob). Mom had a long healthy life. Dad and Mom lived in River Heights enjoying their community. Bernice's happiest times were at the cottage at Lakeshore Heights hosting family and friends. Mom loved the lake! Bernice and Jim were active members in Westworth United Church. Riverview Health Centre has been Mom's home for the last five years. The staff of CD 1 were exceptionally kind, caring and respectful. Thank you to everyone who helped her each day. A very special thanks to Sheree Bachinski (her companion). Sheree's love and care for Bernice was exceptional. Thank you to the Davies families, Bieber families, McLeish families who supported her over the years. At Mom's request no service will be held.
