JUSTIN ROBERT ST. HILAIRE October 16, 1995 - December 20, 2016 It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Justin Robert St. Hilaire on December 20, 2016. Justin will be forever missed by his parents, Pat and Rob; sister Sabrina; grandparents and godmother, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He is predeceased by his grandmother, Joyce Bossek, great uncle Frank Konopetski, cousin Glenda Bishop, godfather Darrel Hewko, and most recently, our beloved Golden, Sandy. Justin graduated from Lorette Collegiate in 2013 and began his career as a Truck and Transport Mechanic with Bison Transport in the High School Apprenticeship Program in 2012. He was about to begin his final level to become a journeyman at the young age of 21. Justin lived life to the fullest and was proud to be a country boy. He loved everything country and a little bit rock and roll. He had a passion for music and was so happy to be learning to play guitar. He so loved sharing good times with his family and friends and cared deeply for the people in his life no matter their age. He always placed others before himself. Justin's great love was baseball. He played on many teams including Seine River, the Rookies Development Program Team, and Team Manitoba while growing up. "Saint" was very much a team player; he gained many lifelong friendships through playing ball. We have read so many comments from those who knew and loved Justin that have touched our hearts, consistently saying that Justin had a big heart, a contagious laugh, and a smile that could brighten any roomHe could make a person feel good on their worst day. His laugh, his boots, the way he could rock denim on denim. They say the brightest stars burn out the fastest; there is no doubt he was the brightest star around. Heaven has gained an angel who impacted so many. There are so many special people in ours and Justin's life, too numerous to name, that we would like to thank for being such a big part of Justin's short, but incredible, life and for the love and support we have received during this tragic time. We would especially like to thank Justin's very close friends for the memorial cross placed at his accident site in his honor. A memorial service to celebrate Justin's life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 29, 2016 at St. Bernadette Parish, 820 Cottonwood Rd, Winnipeg, with a reception to follow at the Lorette Parish Hall. A private Interment will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Humane Society. Pat, Rob, and Sabrina, we are deeply saddened to hear the news of "Saint", Justin. We are thankful and forever blessed to have spent time with "Saint" and will carry found memories of this wonderful young man with us always. He was far more mature than his years, and a kind and fun young man to be around. Although he played in a competitive sport he always only wished the best for his teammates and players around him. Our thoughts are with you. - Posted by: Sandi, Gord, Michael, and samantha (Friends) on: Dec 28, 2016

I did not know Justin but I was reading this and wanted to leave a few words to his family and friends. I hope that this bible text can provide you with a little bit of comfort as you continue to cope during this difficult time. Take care. John 5:28,29-"Do not be amazed at this for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life..." - Posted by: cm () on: Dec 24, 2016
