HUGH JOHN KNIGHT 1927 - 2017 With his family by his side, our loving dad, grandpa and papa passed away peacefully on January 17, 2017. Hugh was predeceased by his wife Eileen; he will be lovingly missed and cherished in the memories of his daughters Cheryll (Len), Deborah, Kim (Kevin), Shelly (Gord), his grandchildren Brandi, Brendon, Derek, Marisa, Sean, Eric, Melissa, Dylan and great grandchildren Madison and Lochlin. Dad was such an amazing and hardworking man. His family was always so important to him. Dad loved the great outdoors. Camping, hunting and fishing were a huge part of his life. Dad had such a great smile that everyone noticed. There are so many wonderful stories and memories that will be with us forever. Dad has gone to be another angel in heaven with mom. So dear to our hearts and missed so very much every minute of every day. The family would like to sincerely thank the wonderful, loving and caring staff on Tower 3 and Tower 7 at Deer Lodge Centre for taking such great care of dad over the last few years. Your support and compassion for our family goes beyond words. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Alzheimer Society of Manitoba, 10 - 120 Donald Street, Winnipeg, MB, R3C4G2 or Deer Lodge Centre, 2109 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, MB, R3L0L3.
