Sylvia was a lovely lady who always had a smile on her face and a joke to share. A dozen or so of us curled for years at the Heather Curling club on Saturdays , which continued as a gathering place long after most of us had stopped curling. We shared many camping trips, dances, dinners and various adventures. She always had the most original and entertaining Halloween costumes, which garnered her lots of attention and more than a few prizes One of my favorite memories was spending a sweltering afternoon cooling off in the shade underneath the "waterfall" during a camping weekend at Stephenfield. For John , and families, Rod and I extend our deepest sympathies. We will always smile when we think of Sylvia.
