Grace was predeceased by her husband Len in 1969, her eight siblings and her son-in-law Wayne. She is survived by her daughters, Penny and Lori (Rod); grandchildren, Wendy (Michael), David (Amy), Jarett (Amber) and Chad (Janilyn); her five great-grandchildren, four great great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Grace loved spending time with her family, loved people, golf, bowling, travel and attending the theatre/concerts. She worked at Kmart for 19 years. Once she retired, she volunteered with Age and Opportunity for many years. Her passion was knitting hats for premature babies and she had all of us saving can tabs for wheelchairs. The family wish to extend their gratitude to the Whitemouth Personal Care Home for their respect and care given to Mom. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the YMCA Adult Day Program or any charity representing children. A memorial service will be held in the summer. What I remember of her is that she was a beautiful, fun loving, gentle, and softspoken lady, and Lori, it genuinely saddens me thinking of your loss. May many fun loving memories help you through your grief. Please accept our sincerest condolences to you and your family.
