RITA ESTELLE CLOUTIER January 28, 1934 - February 13, 2017 It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Rita Cloutier, age 83 years, on Monday, February 13, 2017 at Actionmarguerite (St. Vital) in Winnipeg. Rita was born in St. Norbert. She was predeceased by her parents Gabriel Cloutier and Lumina Ritchot. She was one of 16 children. The siblings that predeceased her are Joe (Louisa, deceased), Gerry (Angèle), Alphonse (Alice, deceased), Maurice (Marie), Eugène, Thérèse Eugénie, Georges (Irène), Jean (Gail). She is survived by her sisters Clotilde (Maurice, deceased), Thérèse, Denise (Denis, deceased), Delorès (Jean, deceased), Cécile (Bill, deceased), Yvette, and Marie (Peter). Rita leaned to play the piano and was very talented. At an early age, Rita became an administrative assistant and executive assistant to various employers who very much valued her skills and talents. She loved to travel and very much enjoyed talking about her world-wide travels. She loved talking to all those she met and was a caring and compassionate person. Rita always had a smile.
