Phil, as she preferred to be called, was born in Oak River, Manitoba to Thomas and Elizabeth (nee Hayes) Wilson. Phil especially enjoyed many times in Dauphin curling or just visiting with her sisters Verna Newton, Irene Yallop and Bernie Wilson. She was the last of her siblings including Gordon, Hazel, Melvin, Irma, and Doris. She was truly a person who accepted life as it was and how it came. Sandy our deepest sympathy to you and your family. Your Mom was a great lady and I have many fond memories of her. She loved to talk about curling from her Pembina days as I loved sharing my Deer Lodge and Rossmere time. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
