STEVEN (STEVE) JOSEPH CHEVREFILS February 22, 1982 February 28, 2017 It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of Steven, on Tuesday, February 28, 2017, at the age of 35 years. Steven will be lovingly remembered by his two daughters, Jordyn and Lyric; parents, Alcide and Jo-Anne; brother Nicholas (Megan) Symmantha and Ryker; Kristin (mother of his daughters and partner for many years); several aunts; uncles and cousins on both sides of the family; as well as numerous friends and acquaintances in all his years of roofing. He was predeceased by his little brother, Nathan; grandparents and a number of uncles and aunts. Steven loved roofing as much as he loved to fish. During summer and winter he spent countless hours out on the water with his girls. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in Notre-Dame-du-Laus Roman Catholic Church, 44 Laura Street, Powerview, Manitoba with Rev. Fr. James Gray, presiding.
