Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySHANIA SWAN (CHARTRAND) Our family is grief stricken in the tragic loss of Shania Swan (Chartrand), our daughter, sister and friend to many, on March 12, 2017. Wake services will begin at 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 19, 2017 at the residence of Lisa and James Chartrand, Lake Manitoba First Nation and will continue until funeral mass. Funeral mass will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at the St. Theresa Roman Catholic Church, with Father Paul Tinguely officiating.
