Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARLENE SPENCE July 26, 1950 - March 15, 2017 It was hard letting go of our sister, mom, grandma and friend. Marlene left us on March 15, 2017 with her family by her side at the St. Boniface Hospital. Left to mourn her passing is her partner Roderick Ross Sr.; son Vance and grandchildren, Vince, Abby, Byron, Caitlyn, Iona and Jordan; son Andrew and grandchildren, Shanley and Jesse; daughter Stacy and grandchildren, Peter, Ava, April and Tyrell Jason; and three great-grandchildren; siblings, Nancy Armstrong, Beatrice Decker, Florence Wood (Jim), Ernest, Irvin and Angus. She also leaves her aunts Helen Sumner and Louise Bremner and uncle Stanley Woodford as well as numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends. Wake will be held on Monday, March 20 from 7:00 to 11:00 p.m. at Eternal Grace Funeral Home (1111 Logan Ave. Winnipeg, MB.) Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, March 21 at 11:00 a.m. also at Eternal Grace with Pastor Comber McDougall officiating. Interment will follow in the St. Clement's Cemetery in Selkirk, MB.
