STANLEY KASPERSKI Stanley (Stan) Kasperski, 86, passed away at his daughter's home on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 in Carman, Manitoba. He was born August 9, 1930. Survivors include his daughter Jaqueline (Jackie) Martin (Eric); his son Stuart Kasperski; three grandchildren, Elizabeth, Dakota, and Eric; his brother Joe; as well as his nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; his grandparents; his partner Phyllis and his sister Helen. For any who knew Stan, they would have known a man who was kind, caring, soft spoken, capable, steady, strong and almost all of the best attributes that humanity has to offer. He lived as a humble person who cared deeply for those close to him, animals and the earth. His favorite hobbies were related very closely to nature and family, including taking care of his kids when they needed him, giving advice, telling the Jets and Bombers what they need to do to win, gardening, taking care of the animals in and around his house, as well as garage sales, bowling, fishing and so much more. Anyone who met him would instantly feel his genuine nature and would like him as a friend they may have known their entire life. He had a life full of challenges, but he always got through them in the most steadfast and calm manner. He was the epitome of a man with respect to charm, grace, humility and class. He had a positive impact on everyone around him, especially his family. He had many great quotes and mantras that he lived by, but one of the most common was "if I can't say something nice about someone, I'm not going to say anything". Some would have said he was quiet and stoic, which was true, but he always chose when to say what he needed to, and when he did, the impact was positive and strong and felt by all around him. There's no doubt he will be remembered by many, but we won't be sad about him passing because there was too much about him that makes us smile when we think of him. His life will be remembered and celebrated in private. Please take a moment to think of him and wave up to the sky. Doyle's Funeral Home in care of arrangements. www.doylesfuneralhome.ca

  • Not a happy way to make a connection, but I suspect that Stanley was my father Albert's brother. Sorry to hear of his passing. John Kasperski Peterborough Ontario - Posted by: John Albert Kasperski () on: Apr 04, 2017
