Dear Cherrie. I first met your Mom as a high school exchange student in Winnipeg in 1965, and later during Expo 67. She always had a spark in her eye, and an endearing spirit for young people. I know that because she not only tolerated me, but trusted and respected me. My thoughts are with you and your family on your loss. My Mom passed away in March 2017 at the grand age of 93, so I know the sense of loss you have felt. We have been reflecting here on some special days and times in our lives as we enter the sixth week of lockdown for the Corona virus. We moved to New Zealand over twenty years ago, after we sailed around the world from Vancouver on a sail boat we built, and decided to return here. Take care in these difficult times. God bless you all. Ray Ginnever, Auckland New Zealand. - Posted by: Ray Ginnever (Friend of family) on: Apr 30, 2020
