JUSTIN LYLE MORRISSEAU Suddenly, on Friday, April 21, 2017, Justin Lyle Morrisseau passed away at the age of 42. He leaves behind his wife of 20 years, Sandra; his children, Nicole, Mercedes, Sheena, Bryton and Hayden; his parents, Lucille (stepfather Doug Massey) and Stanford Morrisseau; father-in-law Adam Flett; his grandmother, Lillian Morrisseau and grandfather Andrew Hourie; brothers, Clinton (Isobel), Orry (Jade); sister Holly; sisters-in-law Donna (Adam), Sylvia (Gerald), Eileen (Thomas), and Jennifer (James); brothers-in-law Timothy (Shauna), and Darwin (Cynthia); his godchildren Troy Langlois and Alma Nepitabo, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his mother-in-law Hannah Flett; his stepmother Verna Hourie; aunty Helen; uncles Herman Morrisseau and Sid Langlois; cousins Conrad Beardy and Kami Langlois; and grandparents, Jessie and Bill Langlois, Stanford Morrisseau Sr. and Helen Hourie. Justin will be lovingly remembered for how much he loved his children and family. He lived for his wife, and she lived for him. He had a one of a kind sense of humour and could make anyone smile on their darkest day. Justin had many friends that will miss his jokes and deep hearted conversations. He was a fishing guide for Silsby Lake Lodge for many years and later moved on to work at Keeyask Dam. Justin also served as councillor for War Lake First Nation, where his devotion and love to his community and its members will always be cherished. Wake services will start on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at 5:00 p.m. at Clinton and Isobel's house (326 Queen Ave., Selkirk, MB). Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk, MB with viewing to start at 11:00 a.m. Condolences may be left at www.gilbartfuneralhome.com Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements
