ARTHUR VICTOR ROEHL 1937 - 2017 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our Dad at age 79 on April 24, 2017. Art was predeceased by his parents Fred and Amelia, and siblings Walter, Alfred, Lydia and Elsie. Art was born on June 16, 1937 and grew up on the farm working alongside his family. He had various jobs until joining Manitoba Highways and finally retiring after 30 plus years of service. Dad was an avid gardener who enjoyed sharing his bounty with family and friends. He volunteered selflessly both in Ashern and Portage La Prairie. He loved a good jam session and played his accordion with the boys. In recent years he cultivated many new friendships with his neighbours at Queens Court and the local coffee crew. As per Dad's wishes, cremation has taken place and a small family graveside service will take place at a later date. The family would like to thank his neighbours Gil and Judy for being there for Art. Dad will be truly missed by his children and their families.
