MARJORIE MAE MEISNER (nee GEISLER) It is with sadness, that we announce the passing of Marjorie Meisner, aged 77 years, on March 27, 2017. Marjorie is survived by her husband of 59 years, Ronald; daughters, Elizabeth (Grant) and Angela (Dick). She was predeceased by her son Stewart; two brothers and two brothers-in-law. A Celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, 309 Eveline St. in Selkirk, MB. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the charity of your choice. Condolences may be left at: www.gilbartfuneralhome.com Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements.

  • We got to know Marje and Ron starting with golf at Winnipeg Beach, on to New Horizons at Gimli and then floor curling at the Winnipeg Beach Legion. And then their daughter Elizabeth became a neighbor so have known the family for sometime. Marje was great for accompanying on the guitar for our terrible singing.
