THOMAS SIDDLE Thomas Charles Allen Siddle, born in Toronto, ON on October 22, 1926 passed way peacefully on May 5, 2017 at the age of 90. Thomas was predeceased by his loving wife Ruth Elisabeth (Bjorklund); father Charles and mother Margaret; and brother George. Thomas leaves to mourn, his son Allen (Corie); daughter Linda Vincent (Richard) and daughter Diane Van Damme (Edward); numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, along with sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews, cousins and numerous friends. Tom, as most knew him while growing up, helped his father operate an Ice Fishery at what is known as Clements Point in Manigotagan, MB. From here, he went to work in the San Antonio Gold Mine in Bissett MB, also Currie's Transport in Manigotagan MB. He later moved with his family to Winnipeg, where he was employed at Patricia Transport as a long distance driver, then took employment in Winnipeg at Motorways as a Yard Worker for the semi-truck operations. Upon his retirement, Tom enjoyed keeping in touch with several of his co-workers and friends from his days in Bissett. But what Tom enjoyed most was spending time with his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, May 15, 2017 at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main St., West St. Paul, MB. Interment will follow in Glen Eden Cemetery.
