Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryTHERESE COURCELLES September 23, 1925 - May 10, 2017 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at the St. Boniface General Hospital. She is survived by her children, Eva (Wayne), Edward (Lorraine), Helene (Gerald), Alice (Craig), Gilbert (Jane), and Irene (Robert), 15 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Adelard Courcelles in 1992. Her greatest joy was her family. Every Christmas she would make sure she had a knitted gift for each of them. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, May 15, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the Precieux-Sang Church, 200 Kenny St., with Father Leon presiding. Viewing will begin at 10:30 a.m.. Cremation will follow and a private family interment will be held at a later date. The family would like to thank the staff at Catherine Place, 4B, 4E, ICMS at the St. Boniface General Hospital for their compassionate care. If desired, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, 200-6 Donald Street, Winnipeg, MB R3L 0K6. Gilbert and Jane, sorry to hear of your great loss! Yes, this is always a hard time in our lives but one we must all face. Those who never face this situation surely have missed much of the joys of life! May the lord bless all of you and provide the support needed at this time.
