Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANN WALKER May 14, 1921 - May 28, 2017 After 96 years, Mom passed peacefully in her sleep at Seven Oaks Hospital. She will be very sadly missed by her daughter Barbara, sons, Robert (Linda) and Kevin (Ivone), grandchildren, Dwayne (Pat), Tammy, Christopher, and Stephanie, and great-grandchildren, Megan, and Rhea, and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her loving husband, George, 34 years earlier, her parents, grandparents, brothers, sisters and a niece Linda. She was a great mother, fantastic grandmother, great woman who was loved by all that knew her. If everyone had a mother like her in their lives they would be blessed. In lieu of flowers, donate to your favourite charity please. Interment will be a graveside service on June 5, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue. Nana I don’t think I ever had the chance to say what a wonderful Nana you were especially to Megan and Rhea. We all miss something you made - jelly jam, Yorkshire pudding, your pickles - everything you used to make was so delicious.
