Condolences & Memories (9 entries)

  • My deepest condolences to Chawna's loved ones. The world is a lot less magical without our friend here - I can still see that smile and hear her laugh. I met Chawna when I was 17 years old and she was one of the most amazing people I've ever had the privilege to know. A cheerleader and supporter - beautiful inside and out. While I didn't see Chawna often enough over the last few years, we always picked up where we left off. "“When she shall die, Take her and cut her out in little stars, And she will make the face of heaven so fine That all the world will be in love with night And pay no worship to the garish sun.” Shakespeare Rest in peace dear soul - Love Dale - Posted by: Dale Oughton (Friend) on: Jun 26, 2017

  • Although I only got the honour of meeting Chawna once, we had several conversations online and I could tell she was a beautiful soul. I was deeply shocked and saddened by her passing. My heart goes to her children, family, Kerry and friends. She was always positive and shared that with others. • Dear Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd and Family, I'm deeply sorry to hear of the passing of Chawna . My sincerest condolences to you, Tom, Jim, Shelina, Sarissa and your extended family. From time to time I reminisce of all the times we spent hanging out at the family cabin at Grand Beach. Celebrating our birthdays, attending our first rock concert together (Motley Crue). Learning all about teamwork playing ball for Clifton Community Club. Even the simplest of events like shaving our legs and painting our toes. Laughing and thinking how grown up we were. Although our relationship had not grown over the years. The memories I have made growing up with Chawna , I cherish and will cherish forever. My deepest sympathies. - Posted by: Jennifer Barnett (nee) Sanborn (Childhood Friend) on: Jun 13, 2017

  • It is with the heaviest of hearts that we send our deepest condolences to you, our dear friends, Colin, and Bev. Words cannot express how deeply saddened we were when we received the sorrowful news of Chawna's passing. I spent many hours in the office hearing about Chawna's life, and know how proud you both were as parents of such a delightful daughter. We are many miles away from you now, but please know in our hearts that we are hugging you both closely in this dark hour. - Posted by: Arla Cleghorn and William Roer (friend) on: Jun 11, 2017

  • Chawna was called back too soon. The mark Chawna has made in our lives is enourmous and we will miss her, that void will never be replaced. She was always smiling even when she was hurting inside. She always spoke highly of her daughters and everyone she cared deeply about. It is a loss for this world, but the years we had are a blessing. Heaven took their angel back. Forever and always you will be in my heart and thoughts, Chawna. Thank you for sharing your life with me, and allowing me share mine. I will miss you greatly. Please accept my deepest condolences for your family's loss. - Posted by: Ola Luczkanin-Hunter (Friend) on: Jun 10, 2017
