CAROL ANNE HODGSON (nee BURDETT) October 29, 1946 - June 20, 2017 Carol Anne Hodgson peacefully passed away on June 20, 2017 in Lundar, MB at the age of 70. Carol leaves to cherish her memories, her son Ron (Lynette) Larson, grandson Daniel, granddaughters Alanna and Michelle, her daughter Roberta (Pierre) Bisson, grandson Brandon and granddaughter Shaelyn, siblings Brian, Anita, Suzie, Pat, Cindy and their spouses, along with many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In keeping with Mom's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no formal service held. A private celebration of life get-together will be held at a later date. Special thanks to the nurses and staff of the Lundar Personal Care Home for their patience and wonderful care given to Mom. Also to John Gray of Arnason Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Carol to CancerCare Manitoba, 1160 - 675 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9. I was so saddened to hear about the passing of Carol. We were childhood friends and neighbours. When Carol moved away we lost touch with one another, but I have many memories of when we were kids. I remember when we got our first television set and all the kids from the neighbourhood would come over to watch TV. We were all mesmerized by this box with a screen with lots of "snow" but with a definite picture we could see. Great memories! My sincere condolences to Brian, Anita, Pat, Susie and Cindy.
