Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCOLLEEN MARCHAK 1958 - 2017 Peacefully, on June 26, 2017, Colleen reunited with the love of her life, her husband, Ray. Colleen leaves behind to cherish her memory, her beloved son, Tyler, brothers, Bruce, Ian and sister-in-law, Susan, father-in-law, Nick, best friend for 55 years, Margaret, cousins, Lorraine and Al, her good friends, Donna, Grant and Gwen, and all who had the good fortune to know Colleen. She was predeceased by her parents, Ernie and Hazel Kirby. Cancer may have won the battle but it did not win the war with Colleen. She leaves behind a legacy of grace, courage and her unique sense of humour, showing us all who knew and loved her, how to deal with adversity in our lives. Thank you to the caring staff at CancerCare Manitoba and Selkirk General Hospital for the compassion and respect they showed Colleen right to the end. At Colleen's request, there will be no funeral service. A private burial will take place at Sunnyside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Colleen's memory to a charity of your choice. seasonsfunerals.ca
