VICTORIA (VICKY) BONAOBRA GAGAN Victoria 'Vicky' Bonaobra Gagan passed away on June 25, 2017, at Seven Oaks Hospital, at the age of 64 years. She was predeceased by her parents Bonifacio Bonaobra and Francisca Borre Bonaobra, brothers Oscar and Bonifacio 'Junior', sisters Editha, Maribel, and sister-in-law Sonia. She is survived by husband Oscar 'Boy' Gagan, children, Ivy (Ryan) and Glenn (KC), grandchildren Nena and Harlow, siblings Ray and family, Ted (Josie and family), Nita (Vic and family), and many nieces, nephews and their children and extended family. Vicky was born in Tabaco, Albay, Philippines. She met and married the love of her life in Singalong, Manila where they started a family. This marriage would last 37 wonderful years. In November 1989, they immigrated to Canada where they expanded their family. Vicky was a loving and joyful wife, mom, aunt and grandma. She was always willing to lend a helping hand and welcomed everyone with an open heart. She touched so many people's lives and will be greatly missed by all. Vicky enjoyed casino bus trips with close friends and relatives, Facebook, and watching her granddaughters' fashion shows. "Wowa" will greatly miss seeing her two princesses. Lamay will be held 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight on Saturday, July 8, 2017, at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:00 a.m. on Monday, July 10, 2017 at St. Joseph's Church, 355 Andrews Street. Interment to follow at Glen Eden Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations made in Vicky's name to Scleroderma Association of Manitoba would be greatly appreciated.
