  • So very sad to hear of Sid's passing. After so many years, it was very much a pleasure to meet up with him this past winter in Gimli at Robins Donuts. I recall Sid from the time he was the C.O. in our area to when we last spoke. A very pleasant and outgoing person who showed an interest in others. Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife Elaine and family. - Posted by: Ralph Tanchak (Friend) on: Jul 04, 2017

  • I will always remember Sid as one of the good guys, a mentor to many officers and always quick with a smile and an encouraging word. Gone too soon. - Posted by: Colin McNairnay (Manitoba Natural Resources ) on: Jul 04, 2017

  • Sincerest condolences are extended to the entire Robak family. Sid's passing came as a surprise as I was not aware of his courageous battle with cancer. Rest In Peace Sid. - Posted by: Richard Romaniuk () on: Jul 04, 2017

  • So sorry for your loss. I loved working for/with Sid. Will miss visiting with him when we would meet at Chicken Chef or on the street in Gimli. - Posted by: Diane Johnson (Friend) on: Jul 04, 2017

  • Sid stayed at our Greenham farm, almost fifty years ago, when he was in his early twenties. An adolescent at the time, I thought of him as a big brother. I distinctly remember his smile, how kind he was and how much he loved animals. My thoughts are with his family at this time. - Posted by: Norma Jones () on: Jul 04, 2017
