FRANKLIN JAMES SINCLAIR After a brief illness and hospitalization, Frank died on July 7, 2017 at the age of 92. A funeral service for Frank will take place on Wednesday, July 12 at 2:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Pallbearers are Steven Sinclair-Ritchie, Kirsten Sinclair-Ritchie, Danica Klassen, Mickayla Roncin, Wyatt Roncin, Paul Kneeshaw and Ann Austria. Left to mourn his passing are son Ken of Calgary, daughters Caren Sinclair along with her children Jacob and Danica of Dauphin, Barbara and Kelly Ritchie along with their children Steven and Kirsten of Winnipeg, Margaret and Rene Roncin along with their children Mickayla and Wyatt of Dauphin, his brother John Robert (Bob) and Elaine of Lethbridge, AB, cousins Dorothy (Doe) Lister, Gladys Chutka, and many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Dauphin and District Foundation, The Dauphin Hospital Foundation, The Mennonite Central Committee, or Winnipegosis Presbyterian Church.
