KATHLEEN HARRIOTT Kathleen "Mama" Harriott was born in St. Elizabeth, Jamaica on November 29, 1926. She entered heaven's gate on June 27, 2017 at Holy Family Nursing Home, in Winnipeg, at the age of 90 years. Kathleen had an unwavering faith in God, and was a member of the New Anointing Christian Fellowship Church (formerly known as Berean Church of God). Over the years she enjoyed going to Sunday services. She was also an excellent cook and loved to bake, and enjoyed preparing meals for her family and friends Kathleen was a strong and wise woman and lived life with an open heart, she was very charitable and supported many different organizations that involved children. She will be dearly missed. She was predeceased by her son, Humphrey Allen who passed away on January 14, 2009. She is survived by her daughters: Gwendolyn Odidison (Daniel), Claudette Calder and Annett Richards (Gladwin), and her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The family gives everyone who cared for Kathleen their greatest gratitude. A celebration of her life is scheduled for Saturday, July 15, 2017 at the New Anointing Christian Fellowship Church, 1425 Manitoba Avenue, Winnipeg, MB. The viewing will be from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., funeral service at 11:00 a.m., burial to follow at Glen Eden Funeral Home & Cemetery, 4477 Main Street, West St. Paul, MB.
