GERTRUDE ISEBEL SMITH (nee KARLENZIG) On Sunday, July 16, 2017, at the Boyne Lodge Personal Care Home in Carman, MB, Gertrude Smith peacefully passed away at 93, and will be sadly missed by family and friends. She is now in heaven with the Lord Jesus and reunited with her husband Arnold. A public viewing will take place on Friday, July 21 at 7:30 p.m. at Doyle's Funeral Home in Carman, MB. The funeral service will be held at the Grace St. Johns Anglican Lutheran Church in Carman on Saturday, July 22 at 2:00 p.m., with Pastor Trudy Thorarinson officiating. Interment will take place in the Brunkild Cemetery, Brunkild, MB. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Grace St. Johns Anglican Lutheran Church in Carman, or to a charity of one's choice.
