We came to know Marilyn through our church, Elim Chapel. For many years she brought her wonderful smile and many stories every Sunday to share with ourselves and many others, though her last year was her crowning glory. As she not only brought her smile, but an attitude towards life and death, that I have yet to experience. She remained positive in her Lord, and made sure everyone around her knew it. It was a pleasure to experience such an amazing person, and you will be forever missed. Looking forward to laughing with you again someday! Marilyn holds such a special place in my heart. Growing up my late mother and her were good friends with many coffee dates.I remember so many great things about her.She was such a good friend to my Mom during my moms battle with cancer especially.I hadnt seen her recently but did see her last year and was able to have a good chat with her.She always kept an eye out for me and reminded me to stay on track like my Mom would have wanted. My condolences to Anglea James and the rest of the people that loved her. - Posted by: Krystal Mikita (Family friend) on: Jul 25, 2017

I will always remember Marilyn because of her very kind heart and friendly smiles she always sends your way. She always jumps in to help when the help is needed. She loved to spend time with her grandchildren. God bless her family. Marilyn will be sadly missed by all who knew her. - Posted by: Anita Brown (Sister-in-law) on: Jul 25, 2017
