Bill was a true gentleman and could be relied upon at all times. He was cheerful and diplomatic in a business which at times was erratic. I had not heard of Bill since i retired from Tv in Calgary in 1993. Please know that my prayers are with all the family. God bless each of you. Sincere condolences to Anne and family. I always enjoyed sharing email jokes with Bill. It was a comfort to me to have them next door to my sister. - Posted by: Joan Winfrey (Friend ("The Sister" to Irene Kehler)) on: Jul 26, 2017
