WAYNE ZAHARIA December 27, 1940 - July 21, 2017 It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Wayne Zaharia, at the age of 76, with his family by his side. He was predeceased by his parents, Elsie and Bill. Mourning his loss are his loving wife Mary of 52 years, sons, Kevin (Jan) and Ryan (Deanna); daughter Dayna (Bruce); grandchildren, Jayden, Ashlyn, Addison, Hudson, Kieran, and Kaius; brother Brian (Linda); sister Linda and kid-sister Lisa (Kevin); nieces and nephews and lifetime friend Allen (Linette). He also leaves behind many friends and extended family. Wayne retired as a District Marketing Officer from CN Rail in 1995 after 36 years. He continued to volunteer on the CN Pensioners Association until this last fall. Wayne made his family the center of his life. He was always there to help with various tasks and enjoyed hosting family get togethers with our mom. Flowers are gratefully declined however donations can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Manitoba. As per Wayne's wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be no service, only a private family gathering.
