LOVERN KATHY DANIELS November 20, 1941 - July 24, 2017 After a brief, but courageous battle with cancer, Lovern passed away peacefully at Health Sciences Centre on Monday, July 24, 2017, with close friends by her side. Lovern was predeceased by her beloved mother, Kay Scott, and brother Lanny (Leonard) Scott. She was survived by one son and one daughter and her five grandchildren. Lovern had many wonderful memories of her work experiences over many years. She developed many lasting friendships that remained dear to her throughout her retirement years. Cremation has taken place as per her wishes and a memorial will be held for her friends to attend at Neil Bardal Funeral Centre, 3030 Notre Dame Ave. (across from Brookside Cemetery) on Friday, August 11, 2017 from 2:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. All of her friends are invited to celebrate her life by coming together at that time.
