LOUISE DEE It is with sadness we announce the passing of Louise Dee at the age of 96. She will be lovingly remembered by her children Blaine and Bonnie (Richard), as well as her nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Bob, sisters Mildred and Kathleen, brother Gordon, and parents Annie and Fred. Louise was born in Hamiota, Manitoba and became a teacher. She fondly recounted stories of her teaching days at Chapman School in Charleswood. Louise lived the majority of her life in St. James and enjoyed the company of her many friends from UCW and the St. James bowling league. Louise had many creative interests and talents. She sewed, did needlework, baked, painted, played the piano and loved to garden. Her butter tarts were a family favourite. In accordance with Louise's wishes no formal service will be held. A special thank you goes to all of the thoughtful and supportive staff at Golden West Centennial Lodge for their care and comfort. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society. Chapel Lawn Funeral Home 204-885-9715
