Thoughts and prayers go out to Frank and families at this difficult time. My memory of Helen was that she always had a smile on her face and such a infectious laugh. Frank and Helen were often visitors of my parents Mike and Helen Mospanchuk so I got to know them as family. Helen was a very special person and will be truly missed. I was blessed to have known her. - Posted by: Beverly Foxon (friend of family) on: Sep 20, 2017

Auntie Helen always wore a big smile. She always enjoyed spending time with family and sharing funny stories. She had the greatest sense of humour and always enjoyed a good joke. She was always fun to be around. She was a kind, gentle lady and will be dearly missed. Rest in peace Auntie... - Posted by: Donna, Brad and Daniel McDonald (Niece) on: Sep 16, 2017
