Condolences & Memories (3 entries)

  • Even for those who didn't live there, we were made to feel at Home. Up a few steps to the kitchen table, the wafting odour of coffee and baking. Always to comment on the window view to the backyard, birds and garden that changed with each season. Aunty June was the only grown-up who could Hula-hoop, or Twist, or anything that involved dancing, always with whoops of laughter, as if anything goes! Last year I discovered that she likes Chocolates, but probably more for the kids. She really loves those kids, safe and close to her in Stony Mountain, where she can keep an eye on them, she says. Enjoy Bob's new heavenly home, Auntie June. It has a view of The Mountain. - Posted by: Bill Debiuk (Nephew) on: Sep 26, 2017
