Condolences & Memories (5 entries)

  • So sorry to hear of your loss Aunty Penny and family. My parents always cherished their friendship with you and Uncle Fred. I was happy to have had a final visit with Uncle Fred (accompanied by Cameron) in June of this year. My heartfelt condolences to you Aunty Penny and all the family. - Posted by: Sandra Kay (and Gordon) (“niece” ) on: Oct 14, 2017

  • Uncle Freddie we will miss you so much. I still remember all those years in Phoenix when we were living there and you and Aunt Penny would come down for the winter. My Mom and Dad were there as well, and we all had such a good time. Always listening to your stories either about fishing or golf. Or the stories about the trouble you and Herman used to get into. They always made us laugh. We will miss you a lot. Terry, Cathy, Michael and Jeffrey - Posted by: Terry Hoelscher () on: Oct 01, 2017

  • My sincere sympathy to Penny & family. I enjoyed visiting with Fred when I had the opportunity. My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time of sorrow. - Posted by: Marjorie Koskie (Friend) on: Sep 28, 2017

  • Dear Auntie Penny and the whole McLeod family. We are so sorry to hear about the passing of Uncle Freddie. I can't stop thinking about the last time I saw you both. The Hoelscher family will always have wonderful memories of the McLeod family. I personally loved to listen to Uncle Freddie's stories of when he and my Dad, Herman were young. We so enjoyed your many visits to Montreal and Ottawa. We loved playing cards and talking about old times. Uncle Freddie will be deeply missed. Love you guys, Donna & Claudio xo - Posted by: Donna & Claudio Piscina (niece) on: Sep 28, 2017
