I remember Christine and Ronald as students at the University of Manitoba in the late 1970s to early 1980s. She always seemed to have such a big smile. I remember when Ron and Chris were planning their wedding. They were so much in love. They were both wonderful people. I lost contact with them long ago, but I do still think of them. I am sorry to hear about her passing. I wish Ronald and their children the best in healing from their loss. - Posted by: Peter Thorsteinson (Old friend of Christine and Ronald) on: Mar 27, 2021

Ron, Russ, Eleanor and Ron, we were saddened to learn of the passing of Christine. I remember her as a little girl who I babysat often in Winnipeg. She was a lovely child. After the Hadleys left Winnipeg, my husband and I would drive to Coal Valley, Illinois to spend Easter with the Hasley family for many years. We have many fond memories of Easter Egg hunts with our children and yours. May God's richest blessings be with the family at this time of sorrow. I am sorry to hear that Chris passed away, my condolences to your family. I used to enjoy talking to her when she would come into 7-Eleven on Regent and Plessis during her break from Little Ceasars. We had developed a nice friendship since we both had worked a long time at our place of employment. I loved her laugh, funny stories and her long red hair! - Posted by: Donna Aikman (Friend) on: Oct 07, 2017
