DARREN PETER KERR (WESELOWSKI) We regret to announce the unexpected passing of our son, brother, uncle, nephew and friend, Darren Peter Kerr (Weselowski) on Thursday, October 26, 2017. He was born August 29, 1981 to parents Gail Kerr and Howard Weselowski. Left to cherish Darren's memory are his two families: father, Howard Weselowski (Debbie); sisters, Shantell, Kim (Mike), Tabby and Kiki; brothers Kevyn and Jordan; grandmother Dorothy Weselowski; stepfather, Allan Smakula, Linda Gibson, Gordon Kerr, Ken Kerr and their families, as well as aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. He was predeceased by his beloved mother Gail Smakula, January 2017. We invite family and friends to share in honouring Darren's life on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. in Wojcik's Funeral Chapel, 1020 Main Street at Manitoba Avenue. A lunch will follow in Sinclair Park Community Centre, 490 Sinclair Street at 12:00 noon. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity supporting Mental Health or to CancerCare Manitoba. We knew Darren for many of his years growing up as well occasionally over the last number of years as we are related to his friends Chris and Stacy. He was always friendly and sociable and we enjoyed his company and his sense of humor. So sorry to see this sad news and our condolences to his family and friends!
