He is survived by his wife Cheryl and children, Kimberly, Jennifer and Matthew; sisters, Halina, Teresa (John) Frezza, niece and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Stella and Walter. At Joe's request, there will be no service. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, please donate to a charity of your choice.
