"We love you so much Grandpa, but you knew that didn't you!" He is also survived by his sister Linda Tysz and brother Ken Lucko. I was just notified that Al Lucko had passed away. I knew Al as I started my apprenticeship with State Electric in 1988 and and Al Lucko was my Forman at 400 St Mary Ave and at Via Rail Maintenance Depot on Brandon Avenue, Winnipeg. Al was so kind to me and being a British Ukrainian he was looking out for me. Al was a great foreman to work for I enjoy my time working with him had a electrician on many of his work site. My condolences go out to his wife and family and those who knew Al RIP Al till we meet again. - Posted by: Joseph Halyckyj (Friend) on: Feb 04, 2022

Bernice, Mark, Sheryl, Kim and kids, I was so sorry to hear that Alan passed away. I have fond memories of our family's friendship growing up, watching our parents play in ball tournaments, camping and fishing together. I remember Alan as so fun-loving and always with a smile on his face. I especially enjoyed hearing the stories of our dads' adventures as little boys growing up in Monomento. He was a wonderful man. Take care. - Posted by: Tammy Rak (Family friend) on: Dec 16, 2017

I spent many years working under Al’s guidance as an electrical apprentice and as a journeyman electrician. He was a great mentor to me and the source of much laughter. Rest in peace, amigo. - Posted by: Charlie P. (Friend/co-worker) on: Dec 12, 2017

Dear Bernice, Linda, Ken and your extended families. It is with our most heartfelt sorrow to hear of the passing of your Dear Allan. Allan has now joined his parents in our Heavenly Home but was taken from this life much too soon. I have fond memories of our family visits at your store in Monemento as well as our late mothers being childhood friends. May your memories and love of Alan remain in your hearts forever and help you through this difficult transition of your lives. With our condolences and much affection--Valerie and Tony Kent (as of 2000 residing in the Okanagan Valley, BC). - Posted by: Valerie(nee Krawchuk) and Tony Kent (Family Friends) on: Dec 11, 2017

Bernice ,Mark, Sheryl. and grandkids. Al was a great guy, he loved a good joke, whether he played it, or it was played on him. I have many fond memories of him .
