RITA COX 1935 - 2017 On Thursday, December 7, 2017, Rita Cox passed away at Concordia Hospital at the age of 82 years. A memorial service will take place at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 13, 2017, at Neil Bardal Funeral Centre, 3030 Notre Dame Avenue (across from Brookside Cemetery). I've known Rita for just over 2 yrs and she was such a bright star. Every time we came to visit her doing our volunteering she always had such a big smile for us all. She loved her football and tomatoes and some of us girls would bring her them after a nice crop over summer, she would get so excited:).
