Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryOLIVE (LILI) FONTAINE (nee SABOURIN) Suddenly, with her children by her side, Olive passed away at St. Boniface Hospital, on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at the age of 76. Olive is lovingly remembered by her children, Michel (Vicky), Brigitte (Doug) and Mylène (Darrell); granddaughters, Zoe, Verity and Isabel; siblings, Yvette (Fernand), Evelyne (Maurice), Noëlla (Bob), Robert (Yvette), Marcel (Louise), Thérèse (Daniel), Pauline (Roger) and Yvon; as well as numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Maurice (Moe), of 52 years, as well as her parents, Alexandre and Louise, and brother Alain. Merci Mémère pour ton amour et ton support. We will miss you. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, December 28, 2017, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Eugene Parish, 1007 St. Mary's Road. Olive's remains will be laid to rest with Maurice on the anniversary of their wedding. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Children's Rehabilitation Foundation, 633 Wellington Crescent, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3M 0A8 or to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, 200 - 6 Donald Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba R3L 0K6. Nos sympathies a les familles Fontaine et Sabourin a la perte de notre compagne de cartes les mercredis..car elle preparait le cafe et avait toujours des biscuits ou gateau meme si elle ne pouvait pas les manger. Our condolences to the family of our friend Olive. She will be missed so much at our chapter meetings. Olive was always so vibrant and full of life.
