ELAINE ARCHER It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Elaine Archer on Friday, December 22, 2017 at the St. Boniface Hospital. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 29, 2017 at Thomson "In the Park" Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Boulevard. A complete obituary will follow next week.
