Auntie and Uncle, My sincere condolences for the passing of Solange, and for not reaching out sooner. While I did not know Solange in her adult life I do remember our road trip to Quebec when we were kids and her infectious smile. Dear Mr. & Mrs. Beamish, Lisa and Family, I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Solange. I remember growing up and how much Solange loved to ride in Dad's red convertible and go for ice cream. The larger than life smile she always had and her laughter was infectious. She always brought a smile to my face and those around her. With deepest sympathy. Edith and Kelly: I am so sorry for your loss. I have had the privilege of hearing from employees of SCE LifeWorks these last few days--the very fond memories of Solange that people are carrying. One employee described Solange's impact on her, saying she "brought sunshine" into her life. We remember so many great attributes, including Solange's mischievous sense of humour and the inside jokes that she had with different people. Solange would ask about people's family--family was so important to her and was a foundational point of reference. She was so grounded in the knowledge that she had an amazing mom and dad. She knew how much you loved you, and wow, she loved you back. Wishing you comfort and fond memories. - Oly Backstrom - Posted by: Oly Backstrom () on: Jan 05, 2018

I have many happy memories of my time with Solange and I picture her with a smile and a mischievous twinkle in her eye. Whenever I saw her over the years, she would greet me warmly with,"Judy, how are you? How are your boys?" I am at home with the flu so I won't be able to attend Solange's Funeral. I send hugs to you both, Edith and Kelly. May God comfort you knowing that we will see her again one day.
