Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOSEPH GERALD HERMARY It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Joseph on December 27, 2017 at the Portage and District General Hospital, with his family by his side. Joseph leaves behind to mourn his son Benjamin and daughter-in-law Jenn; grandson Richard; mother Cecilia; stepdad Leslie; sister Marguerite and sister-in-law Heather. Joseph was predeceased by his father Richard in 2009. Joseph loved the outdoors, especially sitting at the beach and travelling. The family would like to thank the staff at the Portage General Hospital for their compassionate care and all the nurses from the Wound Care Clinic, who helped look after him at home. A special thank you to Dr. Parker and Dr. Gray for their excellent care. A private family viewing was held on Saturday, December 30, 2017 at Omega Funeral Home, Portage la Prairie, MB.
