BEATRICE GARLEY (nee LANGAN) July 16, 1933 - December 29, 2017 Our loving mother, grandmother and great- grandmother passed away peacefully at the age of 84, with her loved ones at her side. She has been reunited with her late husband Clifford, her mother, father, eight brothers and one sister. Beatrice is survived by her sister Alice and brother George; sister-in-law Monique; brother-in-law Harold; numerous nieces and nephews; her children, Evelyn (Rob), Darryl (Joanne) and Karren (Blair); grandchildren, Tammy, Shawn, Jenna and Tyler; great- grandchildren, Rocky, Madelyn and Morgan. Someone once said," A sign of success in a lifetime is who you left behind". Beatrice left surrounded by loving and beautiful people. Anyone visiting Beatrice was greeted with a warm welcome and would never leave hungry. Beatrice was well-known for her cooking and baking. The scent of fresh baked bread, cinnamon buns and pies frequently filled the air in her house and her grandchildren will always remember the perogies that she made for them with love. Christmas was her favourite time of the year. She always made sure that family and friends had somewhere to go for the holiday and would jump at the opportunity to invite those who had nowhere to go. The kindness in her heart would bring warmth to a cold room. Our family would like to thank the staff at River Park Gardens for the exceptional care and compassion they gave mom throughout the years; she considered you family. Special thank you to auntie Monique for always being there for mom, you really are an angel. Cremation has taken place. Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, June 22, 2018 at Glen Eden 4477 Main Street, West St. Paul, MB.
