Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGANGA PERSAUD RAMHARAKH Ganga Persaud Ramharakh, 67, also known as 'Fireman Ganga' passed away peacefully on January 4, 2018 at St. Boniface General Hospital. Ganga was born in Tuschen, East Bank Essequibo, Guyana on May 18, 1950. He is predeceased by his father Ramharakh Arjun, mother Sookdeya Arjun and son Ravo Ramharakh. He is survived by his three children, Preya (Visho) , Paulette (Garth) and Krish; siblings, Ralph (Nero), Bheesham (Neraji), Balram (Parbattie), Bano (Ivan), Shanta (Tony) and Sheukumarie (Krishna). He will be greatly missed by his five grandchildren. Gangs took pride in his work as a firefighter in his local village in Guyana. He immigrated to Winnipeg in 1997, and was employed as a security guard and maintenance worker for many years. Gangs had a passion for the sport of cricket and was regularly seen on weekends at Assiniboine Park. The Ramharakh family would like to thank the staff at St. Boniface General Hospital.
